For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By creating an Account on tb2222, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotional terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account and must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of tb2222 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tb2222. They govern every interaction you have with the Platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, wagering, bonus claims, withdrawals, and any communications with the support team.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative reference. tb2222 may provide translated summaries for convenience, but no translation creates independent legal obligations.

Access to tb2222 is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tb2222 is an adults-only platform. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment, and you are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to a current Self-Exclusion order applied by tb2222 or any other online gambling operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of tb2222, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless written permission has been granted by tb2222's compliance team.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by tb2222 for violations of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, statute, or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

tb2222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by tb2222 will result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Underage Registration

If tb2222 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered Player is under 18 years of age, tb2222 will immediately suspend the Account, void any open bets, and return deposited funds to the original payment source after deducting any winnings. tb2222 may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Each Player may hold only one Account on tb2222. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and the mobile money account or bank account you intend to use for deposits. Any information provided at registration that is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• tb2222 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, available from your Account security settings.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tb2222 support immediately. tb2222 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If your phone number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your Account details promptly. tb2222 will send security notifications and withdrawal confirmations to the contact details on record; outdated details may delay transactions and compromise account security.

Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. tb2222 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached, deducted from any remaining Balance. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Accounts with a zero Balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

All financial transactions on tb2222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tb2222 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time for mobile money transactions and within 30 minutes for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.
• You may only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account.
• tb2222 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside tb2222's control and are borne by the Player.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳500,000 per transaction; higher amounts must be submitted across multiple requests.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC documents must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at tb2222's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active may be subject to wagering requirement completion before the request is processed. See Article 6 for full bonus terms.
• tb2222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000 as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit fails after funds leave your payment account, tb2222 will initiate an automatic reversal within 24 hours. If funds do not appear in your Account Balance within the stated processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number. tb2222 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider outages or maintenance windows outside tb2222's control.

tb2222 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated explicitly on each promotional offer page.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion states a "deposit + bonus" calculation method.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino tables and table games contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity period. Bonus funds that expire before requirements are met are forfeited without compensation.

Bonus Eligibility

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. tb2222 reserves the right to withhold or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of systematic exploitation, arbitrage, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• tb2222 may withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active bonuses already credited to Player accounts are not retroactively altered.

VIP Programme

tb2222's VIP Programme operates across four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier assignment is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling 30-day period. Each tier carries specific benefits including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive seasonal bonuses. Full VIP Programme terms are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All sports bets and casino game sessions on tb2222 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules for individual slots, live casino tables, and sports markets are published within the game interface or on the relevant sport's betting page.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted only on markets displayed as open on the tb2222 sportsbook. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation reference number is issued to the Player.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time due to match events, data feed interruptions, or commercial decisions. Bets placed before a suspension are settled at the odds recorded at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets are settled according to the rules published for the relevant sport on the Platform. In most cases, abandoned matches result in stakes being returned unless at least a minimum number of overs or periods have been completed as specified in the relevant sport rules.
• tb2222 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed fault. Players will be notified of such voids and stakes will be returned to their Account Balance.

Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others). tb2222 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Wagers outside the stated limits will not be accepted.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game outcome will be settled in accordance with the game provider's disconnection policy. Generally, if a disconnection occurs after a bet is placed but before the round concludes, the round is completed and the result stands.
• Demo or practice mode is available for most slots and is clearly labelled. Play in demo mode does not involve real money and does not count towards wagering requirements.

Maximum Win Limits

A single-session maximum win of ৳2,000,000 applies across all casino games unless a specific game's published RTP documentation states a higher maximum. Winnings exceeding this threshold from a single session may be reviewed by tb2222's risk team prior to withdrawal approval. This limit does not apply to progressive jackpot games, which carry their own separately published terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tb2222. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment account, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated accounts, matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play, or any other scheme that exploits promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in multi-player games or live casino sessions to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Cheating Software: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Money Laundering: Using tb2222's payment infrastructure to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence units.
• Unauthorised Data Harvesting: Scraping, crawling, or extracting odds data, game data, or any other data from the Platform for commercial purposes without tb2222's written consent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider for deposits made to tb2222 without first contacting tb2222 support to resolve the underlying issue. Chargebacks may result in immediate Account closure.

tb2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued account operation would expose tb2222 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Suspension

An Account suspension is a temporary measure applied while tb2222 investigates a suspected breach or verifies Player information. During a suspension, the Player may not log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. tb2222 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeline for resolution. Pending bets placed before a suspension are settled normally; resulting winnings are held pending investigation outcome.

Permanent Closure by tb2222

Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, tb2222 may permanently close the Account. In cases of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or multiple-account violations, any Balance may be forfeited. Where closure results from non-fault causes (such as regulatory changes or service discontinuation in a specific region), any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Before closure, any open bets will be settled at their natural conclusion or voided at tb2222's discretion, and any real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may apply a Self-Exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently via Account settings or by contacting support. During Self-Exclusion, marketing communications are suspended and access to the Platform is blocked. A permanent Self-Exclusion cannot be reversed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tb2222's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's use of the Platform, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions

tb2222 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from third-party payment provider outages, delays, or errors that are outside tb2222's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that was based on a data feed error subsequently corrected.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns.

No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tb2222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

tb2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — tb2222 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where feasible, by email or SMS to the contact details on record.

Where changes are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or addition of definitions that do not alter the substantive rights of Players — amendments may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Players who do not agree to an amendment must close their Account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed in accordance with and governed by applicable law. tb2222 operates as a platform serving Bangladeshi players and takes its obligations to those players seriously.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to follow the following escalation procedure before pursuing any external remedy:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the tb2222 support team via live chat or at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any transaction reference numbers. The support team will respond within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the initial support response does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may escalate by sending a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". A senior member of the tb2222 team will review the matter and respond within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Review: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, and the dispute involves a game outcome or technical error, tb2222 may agree to refer the matter to an independent technical review using the relevant game provider's server-side logs.

Waiver of Class Action

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each Player agrees to resolve disputes with tb2222 on an individual basis only. Players waive any right to bring or participate in class-action proceedings or representative claims against tb2222.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
